Herbed Lammas Loaf



1  cup plus 2 Tbspn water
2 Tbspn butter or margarine, softened
3 cups  flour
2 tspn chopped fresh sage leaves
1 tspn chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tspn chopped fresh oregano leaves
2 tspn chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons dry milk
2 Tbspn sugar
1 tspn  salt
1 1/2 tspn bread machine yeast
 
Combine items as listed into the bread machine. Set the bread machine for dough cycle.
 
When dough cycle is completer removes dough and shape into a round loaf.  Grease the loaf with olive oil and sprinkle additional herbs onto the outside.  Spray cooking spray onto a flat baking sheet and place dough in oven for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
